Employment Related Services Association (ERSA)
We are involved with the Employment Related Services Association (ERSA) Youth Employment Conference and believe it is all our responsibility to prepare the workforce of the future.
We can help you design your labour market strategy to identify and engage initially with the right target businesses.
We can then help you commission with those employers by building more meaningful relationships with them. We do this by showing your team how to offer them better business support; create tailored place approach to labour supply and demand; and by working with you to invest in the skills and approaches of your operations teams to ensure they can perform business to business activities better, improving operational performance.
